Stakeholder Tourism Planning is an entirely new approach to tourism planning for a destination. Unlike traditional tourism planning, which starts with the customer, stakeholder tourism planning starts with residents and asks a fundamental question "what is it we in the community want to get out of tourism?" From there, our process looks to develop tourism to deliver that satisfaction and address those needs. Our multi-step approach includes residents at the very outset to understand their needs and concerns with existing tourism operations.  From there, we develop holistic sustainable strategies that meet residents' needs, the tourism industry, local government, and visitors to the destination.
