Given the Coronavirus and the new tourism landscape, how can DMOs re-position themselves for the future? How can they re-design how they work and how they can re-shape visitor experiences?

Thanks to COVID-19, DMOs are in a position they've never been in before. The old equation, "travel = positive economic impact" doesn't currently apply. So, what can DMOs do and how can they lead in today's new environment?
